Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Administrator to provide on-site support across the DC–Maryland–Virginia (DMV) region at WMATA facilities. The ideal candidate will develop and sustain qualified and diverse candidate pipelines for niche and high-volume recruitment positions, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and grassroots recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines for high-volume and specialized recruitment positions.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including web-based and grassroots methods (job fairs, invitationals, career information sessions, presentations, etc.).
  • Support recruiting teams, individual recruiters, and targeted recruitment initiatives.
  • Create advanced sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill or niche positions, with a focus on diversity and military recruitment initiatives.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of high-volume pipeline recruitment experience.
  • At least four (4) years of implementing grassroots sourcing strategies.
  • Minimum of two (2) years specializing in diversity recruitment, military recruitment, and/or employment branding.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and at least one other defined language for specific roles.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to travel and provide support across the DMV region.
  • Expertise in employer branding and pipeline management for specialized roles.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday at WMATA-designated facilities throughout the DMV region.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $42.00 - $52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
