Senior Compensation Analyst conducts research and analysis into complex issues to identify internal and external trends and develop recommendations for compensation programs and client solutions to support the organization’s compensation philosophy. This role may also lead work efforts on compensation processes and special projects.
Shift: Days. Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts. Hybrid (on-site and remote)
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or other related field.
Four years experience above stated requirements may substitute for bachelor's degree.
Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $94,871.97 to $142,307.96
