Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are looking for a " Compensation and Benefits Manager" in Çalık Enerji Headquarters located in Istanbul.


Job Description

  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits processes across Turkey and all global regions,
  • Design and operate the company’s global compensation system and policies,
  • Manage the implementation and administration of the company’s expatriate policies (Mercer methodology and calculations),
  • Conduct global market benchmarking, salary surveys, and industry analysis (Korn Ferry methodology knowledge is a plus),
  • Drive annual salary and grade review processes and periodic bonus programs in alignment with company strategy,
  • Monitor and prepare HR budget and expense actualization analyses by setting KPIs and trend indicators,
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners, and related departments to forecast, budget, and analyze total rewards costs,
  • Lead and develop the compensation and benefits team, fostering a high-performance culture,
  • Provide strategic workforce insights through analytics and reporting.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, or Statistics,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, including at least 3 years in a managerial role,
  • Preferably experienced in multinational construction or energy sectors (EPC experience is a plus),
  • Expertise in compensation structures, benefits management, global packages, and international practices,
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Proven experience in leading HR professionals and supporting their development,
  • Proficiency in HR systems (SAP & SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus),
  • Strong analytical thinking and planning skills.
