Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (master’s degree or HR certifications such as CCBM, SPHRi or SHRM preferred).
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, Or HR Management preferably within a healthcare sector
