Job Responsibilities :
1. Administer and process payroll for all Collaborate with finance to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure timely payments.employees on a bi-weekly/monthly basis. Ensure accuracy in payroll data, including deductions, overtime, bonuses, and benefits.
2. HR system management, attendance management. leave , job offer ,reansfer ,resign management.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
4. Follow up employee contract management, and Kuwait ID/Work visa transfer/renew.
5. Assist with recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations tasks as needed.
6. Follow up and other daily affairs
Requirements:
1. College, major is not limited
2. Minimum 3 years HR experience as am in KUWAIT. with a focus on payroll or attendance or employee relationship processing.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Excellent excel skills.
5. Proactive, executive, able to understand and follow up work quickly.
6.Fluent English communication, reading and writing ability, Arabic communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to KD400.000 per month
