Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage compensation structures, salary bands, and pay grades
  • Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
  • Review and analyze compensation data to maintain internal equity
  • Design and administer incentive, bonus, and variable pay programs
  • Support annual salary reviews, promotions, and increments
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation-related decisions
  • Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
  • Handle compensation audits and address employee queries related to pay
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring compensation activities

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Knowledge of compensation tools, salary surveys, and HRMS systems
  • Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree or certification in Compensation & Benefits is an added advantage

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in compensation management or total rewards
  • Experience in handling salary benchmarking, incentives, and pay structures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
