Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage compensation structures, salary bands, and pay grades
- Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
- Review and analyze compensation data to maintain internal equity
- Design and administer incentive, bonus, and variable pay programs
- Support annual salary reviews, promotions, and increments
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation-related decisions
- Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
- Handle compensation audits and address employee queries related to pay
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring compensation activities
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Knowledge of compensation tools, salary surveys, and HRMS systems
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree or certification in Compensation & Benefits is an added advantage
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in compensation management or total rewards
- Experience in handling salary benchmarking, incentives, and pay structures

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
