  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full hiring cycle, develop job descriptions, and create smooth onboarding processes.
  • Employee Relations: Mediate disputes, handle disciplinary actions, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews, provide coaching, and link performance to compensation.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and wellness programs.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws (EEOC, FMLA, etc.) and manage policy updates.
  • Strategic Planning: Align HR initiatives with business goals, forecast workforce needs, and use analytics.
  • Training & Development: Develop programs to motivate staff and build high-performance cultures.
  • HR Administration: Maintain records, manage HRIS, and create reports for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
