We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring internal equity and compliance with local labor laws.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, review, and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze compensation data to support salary structure design and pay equity.
  • Manage annual performance-based salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive programs.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external providers (insurance, payroll, and HR systems vendors).
  • Prepare regular reports and analytics on compensation trends and workforce costs.
  • Support HR projects such as grading structures, policy reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and GOSI regulations .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or WorldatWork) is a plus.
