Job Description
The Complex Director of Marketing Communications will oversee all branding, marketing, and communication activities across Al Habtoor City’s hotels, dining venues, and lifestyle offerings. This leader will craft a unified brand vision, develop integrated marketing campaigns, and drive engagement across all audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the marketing communications strategy for Al Habtoor City.
- Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand image across dining venues & hotels.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, website content, and online campaigns.
- Manage PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and reputation management.
- Direct the creation of marketing content, visuals, and promotional materials.
- Support marketing for events, launches, and destination activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and promotions.
- Lead and develop the Marketing Communications team and external agencies.
- Monitor campaign performance and apply insights to improve results.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10–15+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, tourism, or destination marketing.
- Strong background in digital marketing, PR, and brand management.
- Proven experience leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of UAE markets is highly preferred.
