Complex Director of Marketing Communications

Job Description

The Complex Director of Marketing Communications will oversee all branding, marketing, and communication activities across Al Habtoor City’s hotels, dining venues, and lifestyle offerings. This leader will craft a unified brand vision, develop integrated marketing campaigns, and drive engagement across all audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the marketing communications strategy for Al Habtoor City.
  • Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand image across dining venues & hotels.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, website content, and online campaigns.
  • Manage PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and reputation management.
  • Direct the creation of marketing content, visuals, and promotional materials.
  • Support marketing for events, launches, and destination activations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and promotions.
  • Lead and develop the Marketing Communications team and external agencies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and apply insights to improve results.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10–15+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, tourism, or destination marketing.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, PR, and brand management.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of UAE markets is highly preferred.
