Who you are:
As a Compliance Analyst, you are our risk navigator. You’ll be responsible for identifying, measuring, monitoring, and analyzing potential compliance risk throughout the organization. You’ll use your skills, inquisitive mind, and logical approach to stay up to date on laws and regulations to best serve our organization and customers. You welcome a challenge and strive to contentiously improve processes with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you’ll do:
Assist Compliance management in identifying, measuring, monitoring, and mitigating compliance risk
Perform risk-based regulatory compliance monitoring and testing to validate business line adherence to applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, evaluate control effectiveness, and identify control deficiencies and risk implications
Support the implementation of regulatory changes across the bank
Assist in the preparation of management, board, and regulatory reporting, regulatory filings and notifications, audits, and regulatory examinations
Maintain a current knowledge of laws and regulations and how they impact Frost products, processes, systems, and internal controls
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, in a related field, or equivalent experience
Additional Preferred Skills:
3+ years of relevant experience within the financial services industry
Basic knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
