Compliance Analyst

Join our dedicated Compliance Team as a Compliance Analyst and contribute directly to strengthening BWD’s risk management and regulatory adherence. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the VP/Risk Officer to monitor compliance activities, evaluate internal controls, and ensure the organization meets all applicable policies, regulations, and industry standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Review transactional activity and monitor accounts for compliance with regulation
• Prepare and file CTRs
• Assist with HMDA and deposit compliance
• Assists with audits and exams

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in a business-related field (Accounting, Economics, etc.)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
