Design and implement compliance policies, standards, and procedures tailored to healthcare operations.
Conduct enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and gap analyses.
Lead the creation and rollout of ethics, anti-fraud, and anti-bribery programs.
Ensure compliance awareness training for all levels of staff and new hires.
Strategy: -
Develop and implement CHG’s Compliance Strategy and Framework
in alignment with the Group’s vision, governance model, and regulatory obligations.
Build and lead the Compliance Function
, including defining its structure, operating model, policies, and procedures across entities.
Advise the Executive Management
on emerging compliance risks, regulatory updates, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure integration of compliance and ethics
within organizational culture through awareness campaigns, training, and communication initiatives.
Establish compliance risk assessment and monitoring processes
to proactively detect and remediate potential breaches or control weaknesses.
Collaborate with Internal Audit, Risk, and Legal
to align on governance, risk management, and control assurance programs (GRC).
Collaborate with Legal to lead investigations
into non-compliance, misconduct, or breaches of CHG policies, ensuring fair and consistent processes and recommendations.
Oversee compliance reporting and dashboards
to provide management with insight into trends, risks, and overall maturity of the compliance environment.
Qualifications: -
Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
Professional certifications in Compliance, Governance, or Risk Management (e.g., CCEP, ICA, CRMA, CIA) are an advantage.
