We are seeking an experienced Compliance Chief to join our team at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, ethical standards, and internal policies. You will play a vital role in safeguarding our organization’s integrity, mitigating compliance risks, and fostering a culture of ethics and accountability across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all company activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, regulatory authority rules, and internal policies/procedures.
• Identify, assess, and address compliance risks by implementing preventive and corrective measures.
• Manage KVKK and GDPR compliance processes, ensuring all data controller/processor obligations are fulfilled.
• Oversee implementation of ethical standards, handling ethical violations, conflicts of interest, and corruption-related issues.
• Develop and promote anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies, including organizing awareness and training programs.
• Contribute to the establishment, review, and continuous improvement of internal control systems.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports to senior management.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes, advising relevant teams and ensuring timely implementation.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and support external audit processes.
• Organize and deliver regular compliance, ethics, and data security training for employees.
• Maintain sustainable communication with national and international authorities (e.g., SHGM, DHMI, Ministries, ACI) and ensure adherence to their requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in regulation, compliance, ethics, internal control, and/or audit.
• Strong knowledge of KVKK, GDPR, ethical principles, anti-bribery policies, and compliance systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Preferably experienced in aviation, energy, banking, or other regulated industries.
