As Chery Automotive, our goal is to organize training on all necessary topics to enhance the technical and business skills of sales and service teams at dealers. This includes preparing training content and materials and contributing to the execution of the training operations.

Responsibilities;

• Provides legal advice and support to the review, drafting and negotiation of financial contribution-related proposals, agreements and partnerships and any other corporate activities
• Develops and provides legal strategies and documentation for various corporate resolutions and transactions across all department
• Develops and formulates strategies and legal procedures in managing the company process and other legal matters
• Manages the department which include coordinating and providing over all directions
• Work closely with HR Head to make sure that all documentation proper has been aligned with the labor Law
• Attends and participates in the management meetings
• Performs other job-related projects as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications;

• Bar Exam Passer
• At least 5 years of experience
• Advanced level of English fluency is a must
• Authorized and licensed to practice law in PH
• University degree in law from a reputable Turkish University or from a Foreign University duly accepted in Turkey
• Strong legal experience in corporate, commercial, and general laws in Turkey.
• Knowledge and experience in writing, reviewing, and executing business contracts.
• Ensure proper handling of writing, reviewing, and executing business contracts such as engagement letters, General Terms & Conditions, and handling the related contract negotiation meetings
• Carrying out all inter-company correspondence and communication
