Position Overview:

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring effective compliance policies and procedures to minimize risks and maintain the company’s reputation for integrity and ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws, environmental regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance risks and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain all statutory registers, records, and reports required by regulatory authorities.
  • Liaise with government bodies, auditors, and external agencies regarding compliance matters.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory returns such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, GST, and other labor-related filings.
  • Develop compliance training programs and educate employees about company policies and legal obligations.
  • Monitor contract compliance, vendor agreements, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
  • Stay updated with changes in laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the company’s operations.
  • Support management in internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or audit roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory, labor, and regulatory compliance (Factories Act, Shops & Establishment, ESI, PF, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management software/tools.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: 20,000/- to 25,000/-
Work Location: Onsite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
