Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs aligned with CBE regulations and AFS Group policies.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely updates to internal policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential gaps.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports and documentation to the CBE and Group Compliance.
• Advise management on regulatory obligations and support in Fit & Proper, AML/CFT, and data protection initiatives.
• Deliver compliance awareness sessions and training to employees.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all activities meet corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the focal point for communication with regulatory authorities and external auditors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or compliance certification preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in compliance, governance, or regulatory affairs within financial services or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of CBE regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and payment service provider compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• High ethical standards and attention to detail.
