with proven
CMA regulatory experience
to ensure full adherence to all
legal, regulatory, and internal governance requirements
. This pivotal role will be instrumental in

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain robust
compliance policies, procedures, and controls
aligned with
CMA regulations
,
Kuwait Stock Exchange requirements
, and
industry standards
.

Monitor regulatory developments from the
Capital Markets Authority (CMA)
and other relevant bodies, ensuring timely communication of compliance changes to internal stakeholders.

Conduct comprehensive
risk assessments
to identify compliance vulnerabilities and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Lead compliance readiness efforts related to the
IPO process
, including disclosures, governance frameworks, and reporting obligations.

Design and deliver
compliance training
for employees to promote awareness and adherence to CMA and market rules.

Perform
internal audits and compliance reviews
to evaluate the effectiveness of existing frameworks and ensure readiness for regulatory scrutiny.

Lead and document
investigations into compliance violations
, prepare detailed reports, and coordinate corrective actions.

Prepare, review, and submit reports required by the
CMA
and other regulatory bodies
accurately and on time
.

Serve as the organization’s
primary compliance advisor
to management and the board on best practices for a listed entity.

Maintain comprehensive
records and documentation
of compliance activities, training sessions, and incident reports.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Law, Business Administration, Finance
, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).

Minimum
5 years in a compliance role
within a regulated industry, with
proven CMA regulatory experience
.

Strong command of
Arabic and English
, both written and verbal.

Proficient in
Microsoft Office
; familiarity with
compliance or risk management software
is an advantage.

Prior experience in the
Oil & Gas sector
is preferred.
