Responsibilities and Duties:
· Coordination with Multinet internal departments for preparation of day to day, periodic and on- demand Regulatory reports related data and to address internal stakeholder’s inquiries in a timely and efficient manner;
· Providing inter-departmental support, to ensure Regulatory compliance of all the directives issued by PTA HQ’s & Zonal Offices from time to time, whenever required;
· Liaison with PTA HQ’s, Ministry of IT & Telecom and other Government Organizations, for Multinet’s interactions in-progress and to address new requirements;
· Liaison with PTA Zonal Offices for providing support through Multinet regional teams, as per requirements including PTA team’s visits for inspections at Multinet office and surveys at customer premises;
· Updating Regulatory Document Management System, for maintaining comprehensive records of all significant interactions and communications with external stakeholders;
· Manage different online portals on PTA and FAB, as per periodic and on-demand requirements.
· Attending all regulatory meetings and provision of required support to Multinet’s teams during such meetings;
· Assistance to Line Manager in preparing documents for New Licenses, NOCs, approvals, permits and similar Applications as well as their renewal, when applicable; and
· Assistance to Line Manager in detailed comparison and review of new policies, regulations, frameworks and consultation papers, when sent by PTA to telecom operators for inputs.
Requirements:
· BS Telecom Engg., or BS Computer Science from a reputable university;
· Fresh or 1 year experience in Telecommunication sector;
· Should have sound understanding of Telecom network concepts and evolution;
· Experience with in Coordination with Regulatory Authorities will be preferred;
· Must have strong communication skills to deal with internal departments & external organizations (like Telecom Operators / Govt. sector entities);
· Must be willing to work on urgent requirements after working hours, when required;
· Must have Strong follow-up skills, should be Result-oriented, Proactive & self-driven;
· Must have Excellent command on MS Office; and
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressured environment.
Pay: Up to Rs75,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
