Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues
• Develop and implement compliance programs and training for staff
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory authorities
• Advise management on compliance matters and recommend corrective actions
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management tools
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
