Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the entire process of the company's tax-related work, familiar with local tax policies in Jordan, complete tax declaration, invoice management, tax planning and tax compliance review, avoid tax risks, and ensure compliance with Jordanian tax regulations.
- Coordinate with local banks and relevant financial institutions in Amman to handle account management, fund receipt and payment, bank reconciliation, preparation and follow-up of financing documents, sorting and filing of bank documents, etc., to ensure the smooth and safe flow of the company's funds.
- Be responsible for ICV (Industrial Value Added) related statistical work, accurately collect and sort out various operational and financial basic data of the company, compile, review and submit ICV reports as required, ensuring the data is true, accurate and timely.
- Cooperate with the financial team to complete daily accounting processing, financial report preparation, financial data verification and other auxiliary work, and assist in coordinating inspections and communications with local relevant departments such as audit and tax.
- Properly keep financial vouchers, documents, reports and related archives, establish a standardized file management system that meets local financial file management requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of the company's financial system in Amman, timely feedback changes in local financial policies, and put forward reasonable financial optimization suggestions.
Requirements
- College degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Finance or related fields; Accounting Practicing Qualification Certificate or junior and above accounting title is preferred; familiarity with Jordanian financial regulations and tax policies is preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant financial work experience; experience in financial work in Amman and familiarity with local bank operation processes are preferred; experience in ICV statistics is preferred.
- Proficient in financial software (such as Yongyou, Kingdee or commonly used local financial systems) and Office software, with strong Excel function application ability, data processing and analysis capabilities.
- Language Requirements: Proficient in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading and writing fluently), able to use English proficiently to handle financial documents and coordinate with banks and tax departments; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Serious and rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, execution ability and team spirit, able to complete various tasks efficiently and adapt to the local work rhythm in Amman.
- Strong sense of principle and confidentiality, able to strictly abide by the company's financial management system and relevant local laws and regulations in Jordan, with no bad employment records.
- Legally eligible to work in Amman, no need for the company to assist in handling work visas is preferred; able to accept normal local working hours and obey the company's work arrangements.

- 负责公司税务相关全流程工作,熟悉约旦当地税收政策,完成税务申报、发票管理、税务筹划及税务合规审核,规避税务风险,确保符合约旦税务法规要求。
- 对接安曼当地银行及相关金融机构,处理账户管理、资金收付、银行对账、融资资料准备与跟进、银行单据整理归档等业务,保障公司资金流转顺畅、安全。
- 负责ICV(工业增加值)相关统计工作,准确收集、整理公司各类经营及财务基础数据,按要求完成ICV报表的编制、审核与上报,确保数据真实、准确、及时。
- 配合财务团队完成日常账务处理、财务报表编制、财务数据核对等辅助工作,协助对接当地审计、税务等相关部门的检查与沟通工作。
- 妥善保管财务凭证、单据、报表及相关档案资料,建立规范的档案管理体系,符合当地财务档案管理要求。
- 协助完成公司财务制度在安曼地区的落地执行,及时反馈当地财务政策变动,提出合理的财务优化建议。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历,财务、会计、税务、金融等相关专业,持有会计从业资格证、初级及以上会计职称者优先;熟悉约旦财务法规、税收政策者优先。
- 1-3年财务相关工作经验,有安曼当地财务工作经验、熟悉当地银行操作流程者优先,有ICV统计相关工作经验者优先。
- 熟练掌握财务软件(如用友、金蝶或当地常用财务系统)及Office办公软件,具备较强的Excel函数运用能力和数据处理、分析能力。
- 工作认真严谨、责任心强,具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行力和团队协作精神,能高效完成各项工作任务,适应安曼当地工作节奏。
- 原则性强,保密意识强,能严格遵守公司财务管理制度及约旦当地相关法律法规,无不良从业记录。
- 可合法在安曼工作,无需公司协助办理工作签证者优先;能接受当地正常工作作息,服从公司工作安排。
