- Develop & Implement Compliance Programs: Create and enforce policies and procedures to align with legal and ethical standards.
- Conduct Audits & Risk Assessments: Regularly inspect company operations to identify potential risks and areas of non-compliance.
- Employee Training & Education: Educate staff on regulatory updates, compliance protocols, and the importance of ethical conduct.
- Reporting & Investigation: Prepare reports on compliance findings for management and regulatory bodies, and investigate any detected violations.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks that could lead to legal, financial, or reputational damage.
