Compliance Officer - FX Broker

Are you an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in brokerage?

Join a leading financial services firm in Dubai and play a key role in ensuring our operations meet the highest regulatory and ethical standards.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee compliance with DFSA/ESCA regulations and internal policies
• Monitor brokerage activities (trading, custody, settlement, reporting)
• Advise management and staff on compliance matters and regulatory changes
• Conduct reviews, risk assessments, and staff training on compliance & AML
• Act as the main point of contact with regulators and auditors

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in compliance (brokerage or investment firms preferred)
• Strong knowledge of DFSA/ESCA frameworks
• AML/Compliance certification (e.g., ICA, ACAMS) is a plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
