Computer Hardware Technician

IT Support professionals are responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems. They serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical difficulties, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth IT operations within an organization.

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common business applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with help desk software and remote desktop tools.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests efficiently.

This position requires prior experience in IT support. Candidates with less than 3 years of experience or fresh graduates will not be considered.

Pay: From AED2,300.00 per month
