Concept Designer

We are looking for a creative and talented Concept Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent visualization skills, and the ability to transform ideas into innovative concepts. You will work closely with management and project teams to develop creative concepts, presentations, and design solutions that align with the company's vision and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts for projects from initial ideas to presentation.
• Prepare concept sketches, mood boards, layouts, and 2D/3D visual presentations.
• Create high-quality renderings and presentation materials for client approvals.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure concepts are practical and aligned with project objectives.
• Research design trends, materials, and innovative solutions to enhance project quality.
• Revise and improve concepts based on client and management feedback.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders during the design process.
• Ensure all concept designs meet company standards, timelines, and project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concept Designer or in a similar creative design role.
• Experience in creating concept designs for residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects is preferred.
• UAE experience is an advantage.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong creativity and ability to develop unique and innovative design concepts.
• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, materials, and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Revit, or similar design and visualization software.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization techniques.
• Ability to prepare mood boards, concept presentations, and client-ready design proposals.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
