Concierge

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. The Concierge will be responsible for welcoming guests and residents, assisting with requests, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, residents, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Provide information about building facilities, local services, transportation, and attractions.
• Handle requests such as booking taxis, making reservations, and arranging services.
• Manage visitor logs, access control, and ensure compliance with building security procedures.
• Receive, store, and deliver packages, mail, and messages.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address resident needs.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues promptly or escalate to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and create a welcoming environment at all times.
• Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, emails, and maintaining records.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Concierge, Front Desk Officer, or Customer Service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling).
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Must have Facilities maintenance experience and who have Academic + Experience certificates will consider immediately

Location: Doha, Pearl Qatar, Qatar

Contract: 2-3 Months (Extendable)

Duty Hours: 11+1 Hours / 6 Days a Week

Visa Type: Secondment / Freelance
