Responsibilities

- Anticipate guest needs and tailor services to individual preferences, including room upgrades, dining reservations, and special occasions.
- Arrange transportation services, including taxis, private cars, and airport transfers.
- Provide personalized recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, entertainment, shopping, and activities.
- Make and confirm reservations for guests at restaurants, events, tours, and other local activities.
- Coordinate bookings for hotel amenities such as spa treatments, tours, or exclusive hotel experiences.
- Ensure guests are kept informed about reservation details and any changes or updates.
- Handle any issues or complaints guests may have, addressing concerns promptly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Offer solutions and alternatives for any requests or situations that may arise during a guest s stay.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments and external vendors to ensure all event details are executed seamlessly.
- Maintain an organized and efficient concierge desk or area, ensuring that all tools, brochures, and materials are up to date and accessible for guest use.
- Stay informed about hotel promotions, seasonal offerings, and new local attractions to provide the best advice to guests.
- Build rapport with guests, remembering their preferences and providing a personalized experience to encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain relationships with local service providers, vendors, and attractions to secure exclusive guest benefits and discounts.
- Keep current on local events, festivals, shows, and activities that guests may be interested in.
