Concierge and Executive Assistant

Job Title: Concierge & Executive Assistant (Wine & Hospitality)

Location: Stonewall, TX
Compensation: $16-$18/hour (with growth opportunity)
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, hospitality-minded individual to join a growing portfolio of wine and lifestyle brands and a highly curated concierge service.

This role is a unique blend of concierge, guest experience, and executive support—perfect for someone who thrives on creating exceptional experiences while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll work directly with ownership to help deliver high-end, curated wine and travel experiences in the Texas Hill Country.

What You’ll Do - Concierge & Guest Experience (Primary Focus)

• Coordinate and manage guest itineraries (wineries, dining, transportation, experiences)
• Act as a point of contact for clients before, during, and after their visit
• Communicate with partner venues (wineries, restaurants, drivers, etc.)
• Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for every guest
• Assist in developing and refining curated experiences and offerings

Executive Assistant Support (Secondary)

• Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments
• Assist with email communication and follow-ups
• Help coordinate internal projects across multiple brands
• Handle light administrative tasks and organization

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Hospitality mindset (detail-oriented, proactive, service-driven)
• Ability to multitask across different projects and brands
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
• Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, scheduling tools, social media basics)

Bonus Points

• Experience in hospitality, concierge, events, or wine industry
• Familiarity with Fredericksburg / Texas Hill Country
• Interest in wine, travel, and curated experiences
