Virtual Assistant

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.


REQUIREMENTS

Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling


Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings


Perform data entry and maintain accurate records


Prepare reports, presentations, and documents


Conduct online research as needed


Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support


Manage social media accounts


Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking


Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information


Qualifications


High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)


Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred


Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)


Strong written and verbal communication skills


Excellent time management and organizational skills


Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Reliable internet connection and home office setup
