What You'll Do

• Assist with site preparation and job setup.
• Set forms, place reinforcement, pour, place, and finish concrete.
• Support high-end residential decorative concrete and flatwork projects.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
• Follow company safety policies and job site procedures.
• Arrive on time each day ready to contribute to the team.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and dependable with a strong attendance record.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding outdoor work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Previous experience in concrete, masonry, landscaping, or general construction is preferred.

Work Schedule & Seasonality

Decorative concrete is a highly specialized trade that is dependent on weather conditions. Because decorative concrete installation and finishing are not suitable during extended freezing temperatures, work may slow down during portions of the winter season. We believe in being transparent with our employees and candidates about the nature of our industry. During the primary construction season, we maintain a strong workload and often have opportunities for additional hours as demand increases.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Reliable transportation (Required)
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials and equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Experience

• Concrete Construction: Preferred
• Decorative Concrete: Preferred
• Masonry: Preferred
• General Construction: Preferred
