Roles and Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate all concrete-related activities on site including formwork, reinforcement, mixing, pouring, curing, and finishing.

· Plan daily work schedules and allocates tasks to workers ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

· Ensure proper use of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials for efficient productivity.

· Check formwork, reinforcement, and shuttering before concrete pouring to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

· Monitor quality of concrete mix, placement, compaction, and finishing.

· Maintain site records of manpower, materials, and progress reports.

· Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, and Quality team for smooth execution of work.

· Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and company policies.

· Train and guide workers for effective execution of concrete works.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
