CONSOLE MANAGER

Kuala, India

1. Console & Communication Management

Supervise all console operations including handling incoming/outgoing calls, patient inquiries, and emergency alerts.

Ensure prompt and accurate communication between departments, doctors, and patient families.

Manage hospital helplines and ensure 24/7 availability of console services.

2. Staff Supervision & Training

Manage console staff, receptionists, and telephone operators.

Train staff in communication etiquette, hospital protocols, and emergency handling.

Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to service standards.

3. Patient & Visitor Coordination

Ensure professional and courteous handling of patient and visitor inquiries.

Guide visitors to respective departments and provide accurate information.

Handle sensitive calls and confidential information with discretion.

4. Emergency & Crisis Handling

Act as the first point of contact for emergency calls (code blue, fire, trauma, etc.).

Ensure quick escalation and communication to the concerned departments.

Maintain preparedness for disaster management communication protocols.

5. Operational Efficiency

Maintain logs of calls, complaints, escalations, and resolutions.

Ensure console equipment (telephones, PA systems, software) is functional and maintained.

Prepare periodic reports on console operations and submit to higher management.

6. Quality & Compliance

Ensure all console operations comply with hospital policies and patient confidentiality standards.

Implement service quality improvement measures.

Monitor KPIs such as call handling time, response rate, and patient satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
