Construction Contractor (1099)
Country Living Modular Homes – Texas

Country Living Modular Homes is looking for an experienced Construction Contractor to support home sets, punch lists, and service work across Texas. This is a 1099 role for someone who is skilled, dependable, and ready to hit the ground running.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform home installations, warranty work, and general repairs
• Handle plumbing and electrical tasks as needed
• Complete trim, skirting, drywall/paint, and other finish work
• Provide before/after photos and timely job updates
• Travel to job sites statewide (mileage/travel pay discussed per job)

What You’ll Need:

• Own truck/vehicle and full set of tools
• Current insurance coverage
• Proven experience in construction with plumbing and electrical skills
• Current references required
• Timely, dependable, and professional work ethic

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday with occasional weekends when needed

Pay:

• Competitive, based on experience
• On-time pay with opportunities for ongoing work
