Construction Disputes Lawyer

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Lawyer to join their growing Dispute Resolution team in Dubai. This role provides the opportunity to work on high-profile regional and international projects, supporting senior lawyers on complex construction disputes and arbitrations.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, gaining exposure to significant construction disputes across the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior lawyers on complex construction disputes and arbitrations.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and contracts related to construction projects.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality work.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years PQE.
• Solid experience in construction law and dispute resolution.
• Experience in arbitration proceedings (DIAC, LCIA, ICC, and ADGM Arbitration Centre).
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
