Your Role

As a Construction Engineer , you will:

• Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and optimize workflows.
• Monitor progress and prepare reports on construction milestones, resource utilization, and quality assurance.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures throughout all phases of construction.
• Participate in constructability reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 5–10 years of construction engineering within oil and gas EPC projects
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and risk management practices.

Education:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and construction software.
