Construction Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure smooth operations
• Lead and manage teams of skilled and unskilled workers effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety standards , quality control, and project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for timely execution
• Monitor progress, report delays, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and attendance

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in high-rise buildings, villas, or commercial projects
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and team management capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and construction regulations is preferred
