Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Construction Laborer to join our team.

You will preformed various construction tasks, support skilled trades-people, and contribute to the successful completion of paving and excavation projects.

Min 1 year experience is required, experience in concrete, landscaping, grading and asphaalt industires is prefered. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in heavy construction industry, including operating machinery such as a backhoe, excavator, and/or bulldozer, or driving a truck. CDL is not necessary, but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling surfaces for paving and excavation projects
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment needed for daily tasks
• Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision to support construction activities
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
• Maintain cleanliness of the work site by disposing of debris and ensuring equipment is properly stored
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standardsSkills
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, and a good attitude is require.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety guidelines
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
• Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in construction or related fields

Pay: $24.81 - $29.87 per hour
