Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and reliable Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be actively involved in the installation of fiberglass pools from start to finish, contributing to high-quality craftsmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow within a supportive company culture.

Duties

• Assist with excavation, setting, and positioning of fiberglass pools according to project specifications
• Handle materials such as plumbing components, backfill materials, and other installation supplies
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
• Support the team during plumbing connections, backfilling, and finishing touches
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout each project phase
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Move Stone, Sand, Dirt and other materials to, from and around job site.
• Install Pool equipment

Skills

• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Basic understanding of construction tools and safety procedures
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward work challenges
• Prior experience in construction or installation work is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn new skills related to fiberglass pool installation
• Must be able to use a shovel and rake
• Landscaping / Hardscape is plus
• Knowledge of construction equipment is recommended
• DOT is a plus
• Clean driving record
