Construction- Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update technical drawings for Civil, Structural, and MEP works in accordance with project specifications.
• Convert architectural and engineering concepts into precise and coordinated shop drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, client feedback, and consultant comments.
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings, technical submittals, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and consultants to resolve drawing-related issues.
• Maintain organized drawing records, version control, and documentation systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering.
• 1-3 years of drafting experience in construction projects (GCC experience preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting/design software.
• Good knowledge of construction details, MEP coordination, and building systems.
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple drawing assignments and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Bahrain’s construction standards will be an added advantage.
