Role Overview
The Construction & Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for
driving revenue growth
through the execution, optimization, and expansion of sports facility
construction and maintenance projects
. This role goes beyond site supervision and focuses on
identifying opportunities, converting leads into projects, upselling services, and ensuring profitable project delivery
.

Key Objectives

Generate and grow revenue from
sports facility construction, refurbishment, and maintenance contracts

Ensure projects are delivered
on time, on budget, and profitably

Build long-term relationships with facility owners, clubs, schools, municipalities, and developers

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across maintenance, upgrades, and new builds
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Business Growth

Actively support the
sales pipeline
by assessing sites, preparing technical inputs for proposals, and supporting pricing strategies

Identify
new revenue opportunities
from existing clients (preventive maintenance, upgrades, expansions, resurfacing, lighting, fencing, etc.)

Convert one-off construction projects into
recurring maintenance contracts
-
Support negotiations with clients to ensure
commercially viable contracts

Provide accurate cost estimates and scope definitions to protect margins
Project Execution & Delivery

Supervise construction and maintenance works for sports facilities (e.g., football pitches, padel courts, multi-sport courts, gyms, tracks)

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality execution
-
Monitor project timelines, budgets, materials, and manpower
-
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
-
Conduct site inspections and handovers with clients
Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as a
key point of contact
for clients during project execution

Conduct site visits with potential clients to assess needs and propose solutions
-
Build trust through transparent communication and consistent delivery
-
Resolve on-site issues quickly to protect client satisfaction and repeat business
Cost Control & Profitability

Track project costs vs budgets and flag risks early
-
Optimize material usage, labor allocation, and subcontractor costs
-
Support management with post-project reviews to improve margins on future work
Reporting & Coordination

Provide regular updates on project status, revenue pipeline, and forecasts
-
Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams
-
Maintain documentation, drawings, BOQs, and maintenance schedules
