Project Supervisor

The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily project activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to approved plans and quality standards. The role involves coordinating teams, monitoring progress, and supporting the Project Manager in successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day project/site operations and workforce
• Ensure work is executed according to project plans, drawings, and schedules
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays
• Verify quality of work and ensure corrective actions when required
• Maintain daily site reports, logs, and documentation
• Assist in resource planning and material coordination
• Support project handover and completion activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of site operations and safety regulations
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans
• Willingness to work on-site and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial projects
• Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards
• Problem-solving and time-management skills
