Construction Management Director

We are seeking candidates to take on a role at Çalık Gayrimenkul, a real estate ınvestment & development company with a diversified asset and development portfolio of hotels, offices, retail, logistic facilities, real estate investment fund (GYF), residential, mixed -use and a sizeable land bank under the umbrella of the Çalık Group;

General Qualifications

• University degree in Civil Engineering
• Preferably with a master's degree,
• Senior experience in project and construction management for high-budget investment projects such as hotels, offices, luxury residences and mixed-use project in real estate investment companies. International experience is preferred,
• 15-25 years of experience in the field,
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and team management skills,
• Advanced verbal and written English skills,
• No travel restrictions

Job Description

As part of our existing high-value real estate assets and potential development projects in Türkiye and abroad

• Manage/ oversee all construction activities to be carried out by contractors for the company's operational real estate and development projects from an investor perspective,
• Manage tender, contractor/ subcontractor selection and payment-budget-quality control processes,
• Ensure coordination with architects, engineers, technical teams, and consultants.
