Construction Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from planning through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction site management, project budgeting, subcontractor supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage construction activities from start to finish.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and onsite personnel to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Resolve issues related to work delays, emergencies, or other problems.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role with 8-10 years experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
