Construction Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager with a strong Mechanical Engineering background to lead the execution of oil & gas construction projects, particularly involving flowlines, pipelines, and wellheads. Preference will be given to candidates who are ADNOC-approved in the role of Construction Manager and have extensive experience in onshore upstream projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction activities for flowlines, pipelines, and wellhead installations.
• Ensure construction works comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and approved drawings.
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective execution.
• Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions when needed to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams to resolve technical or logistical issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture on-site.
• Participate in constructability reviews and method statement development.
• Manage interface with ADNOC representatives, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress and performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• ADNOC Approval as Construction Manager (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas construction, specifically in flowlines, wellheads, and pipeline projects.
• Proven experience working with onshore oilfield developments and facilities.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC codes, standards, and construction procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction management tools and documentation systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
