Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Construction Manager with a solid background in high-rise construction. The ideal candidate must have at least 2-5 years of relevant experience in Dubai, hold a valid academic degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and possess a valid UAE driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, specifically high-rise buildings.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Supervise site staff and monitor work progress, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare project reports and communicate regularly with senior management.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and materials management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai within the construction industry, specifically in high-rise buildings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is a must.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the UAE.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
