Construction Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee the entire execution phase of civil projects from start to finish.
• Manage project scheduling and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor budget and ensure project costs remain within allocated funds.
• Review design documents and ensure their compliance with construction practices.
• Coordinate between different departments (design, procurement, etc.) and subcontractors.
• Ensure the quality control process is followed for all construction works.
• Handle on-site disputes and resolve issues between team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits for compliance with safety standards.
• Implement corrective actions when necessary to meet project objectives.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Job Specifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any related field.

Experience: 20 years of related experience.
