We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
- Manage site activities, ensuring work quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and cost control documentation.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and related construction software.
- The candidate preferably should hold experience in GCC countries and available in Oman.
