Construction Manager

Core Responsibilities and Duties

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Defining project scope, developing detailed schedules, and coordinating construction phases to meet deadlines.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Estimating costs, managing budgets, controlling expenses, and negotiating contracts.
  • Site Supervision: Monitoring on-site activities to ensure quality control, adherence to plans, and efficiency.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety procedures (e.g., OSHA), implementing safety equipment, and ensuring compliance with building codes and legal regulations.
  • Resource Management: Procuring materials, hiring subcontractors, and directing on-site labor.
  • Communication & Reporting: Providing regular updates to clients, architects, and stakeholders, and managing documentation like daily logs and change orders.
  • Lead high-rise building projects from inception to handover
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience managing high-rise construction projects
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • With proven experience in building finishing works.
