Core Responsibilities and Duties
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Defining project scope, developing detailed schedules, and coordinating construction phases to meet deadlines.
- Budget & Cost Control: Estimating costs, managing budgets, controlling expenses, and negotiating contracts.
- Site Supervision: Monitoring on-site activities to ensure quality control, adherence to plans, and efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety procedures (e.g., OSHA), implementing safety equipment, and ensuring compliance with building codes and legal regulations.
- Resource Management: Procuring materials, hiring subcontractors, and directing on-site labor.
- Communication & Reporting: Providing regular updates to clients, architects, and stakeholders, and managing documentation like daily logs and change orders.
- Lead high-rise building projects from inception to handover
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience managing high-rise construction projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- With proven experience in building finishing works.
