Construction Manager

Job description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead and supervise complex construction project. The ideal candidate will have over 14 years of proven success in managing civil works, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality, design-sensitive construction projects from concept to completion.

Job Responsibility:

• Lead and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and engineers to align design and execution.
• Supervise site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely progress.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Enforce quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance on-site.
• Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and material submittals.
• Identify risks, resolve construction challenges, and maintain productivity.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders; provide progress reports.
• Ensure proper documentation, project handovers, and final completion certificates.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in civil construction management.
• Strong background in both structural and architectural project coordination.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR13,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
