Construction Manager

* Manage and supervise multiple construction sites simultaneously.

* Lead and handle site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor teams.

* Coordinate closely with PMC, consultants, architects, and vendors.

* Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

* Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and safety compliance at all sites.

* Plan manpower, materials, and machinery requirements for smooth site operations.

* Conduct regular site meetings and update management on project status.

* Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and statutory requirements.

* Resolve on-site technical and execution-related issues effectively.

* Maintain proper documentation, reports, and site records.

* Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

* Proven experience as a Construction Manager handling multiple sites.

* Strong experience in team handling and PMC coordination.

* Good knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and safety norms.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹23,959.70 - ₹106,530.75 per month
