• Ensure compliance with project specifications, method statements, and ITPs
• Enforce HSE standards and site safety regulations
• Oversee QA/QC inspections, testing, and snag closure

Commercial & Cost Awareness

• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors on variations, claims, and productivity
• Control material usage and subcontractor performance
• Support cost-saving initiatives and value engineering

Stakeholder & Coordination

• Coordinate works with consultants, authorities, and subcontractors
• Manage interfaces between structure, façade, MEP, and finishing trades
• Attend progress meetings and prepare construction reports

High-Rise Building Expertise

• Construction of deep basements, piling, and podium structures
• Management of vertical core systems, post-tension slabs, and façade works
• Integration of MEP systems and finishing works in tower construction
